We live is a world of possibilities. For this generation the future is pretty much unlimited. America is the greatest nation on earth right now. It is a crossroads for all the worlds thoughts, products and ideas. We are inundated with 500 satellite channels on TV. There is so much ... 1000 things to discover...
1000 thinks to distract you from God (if you aren't careful). Ever think... "I can feel this". "I know God is at Pine Haven, I can feel him there." I agree. there is something special about camp. And God uses that time that we give him. But he is the same God today. Are you the same camper?

So, if God has worked in special ways in your life on retreats and camps. Why do you forget what happened? Why do you expect the same everyday? And when you don't give him first priority -then what? Let us all be aware that there is more STUFF in America, and we have greater temptations... and to be honest with you... Americans have some of the weakest faiths in the world. Be sure that you are married to God, and using all this stuff for his glory -- NOT married to God, and your iPOD, and your best friends, etc.
